Great biking area with easy rides to Gerard Point and Louse Point beaches, the Springs Farmers Market and local yard sales. Regular art exhibits at Ashawagh Hall, Pollock-Krasner House, the Fireplace Project and town galleries. The house comes with kayaks (2 double and 1 single) and 5 bicycles. Great bird watching with daily sightings of egrets, osprey, wild turkey, and the occasional eagle. Pick some fresh herbs or ripe vegetables from the garden. Access to Clearwater Beach with playground and lifeguards for families with young children and docking for boaters. Short drive to spectacular East Hampton and Amagansett beaches, shopping and dining in East Hampton Village and the lively night life of nearby Montauk.
