This spacious six-bedroom antique Cape is just a short stroll (0.3 mi) to Wellfleet Center. Situated on a large, beautifully maintained lot, this lovely home is perfect for a family reunion or a multi-family getaway.
The home's unique layout (U-shaped) lends itself to a large group and provides plenty of living space and privacy. There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette.
The first floor of the right side home has a recently renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. A door leads to the side yard and French doors lead to the courtyard deck and patio.
Beyond the kitchen is a dining room with large table and a roomy living room with comfortable seating and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). Beyond the living room is a den with seating, a flat screen TV with cable and a desk if you can't escape work. There is a bedroom with a queen bed just off the den at the front of the house. There are two bathrooms on the first floor--both down the hall from the living room. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a shower/tub.
Continue down the hall past the bathrooms to the left side of the house. Enter a cozy family room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable. From the family room, enter a newly remodeled (2023) kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, sink, microwave, washer and dryer. Just past the kitchenette is a newly constructed (2023) three-season room with comfortable furnishings. A stairway from the kitchenette leads to a newly remodeled (2023) bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The home's four other bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor accessed by three separate sets of ship ladder stairs*. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area looking out over the courtyard. There is another bedroom with a queen, a bedroom with a double (full) and a bedroom with two twins. One of the second floor bathrooms has a shower and the other has a claw foot tub and separate shower.
* Ship ladder stairs, commonly found in antique homes, are characterized by steep steps and narrow treads.
The home has WiFi, cable and washer/dryer. Ductless split unit air conditioners in the bedrooms, kitchenette, family room, den, dining area and kitchen.
French doors from the both kitchens and the dining room lead to a lovely courtyard with a deck, bluestone patio, gas grill, lounge chairs and dining table. The courtyard looks out over a beautiful lawn. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower.

Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
