Our 4 bedroom property is just immaculate and has been fully refurbished to the highest standard.
It has 4 great size bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms one with a double shower, and a large kitchen with sliding doors which leads onto a large deck. The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, cable TV and accommodates seating for six adults. The kitchen is also fitted with a large over sink window which looks out onto the full 20x40 in ground pool. The property has a large living room with a log fire and plenty of seating, sitting room has a 42 inch HD TV with cable and a DVD library with over 200 movies and is also fitted with air con to keep you and your family and friends cool.
The pool is regularly maintained and our pool guy cleans twice weekly.
The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. The gardens are also fitted with an irrigation system. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected twice weekly.
It is truly one of the best located homes on the cape island within walking distance to all the attractions that the cape has to offer. We recently installed a 32 x 32 full size basketball court and a large play ground for your family to enjoy. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards!!
