Spacious, updated beach house just steps to a private beach, and a short stroll to other neighborhood amenities. A great location to enjoy your perfect Cape Cod getaway.
The first floor features an open floor plan with nicely appointed kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a small den/playroom off the kitchen, as well as a pantry and laundry area. There is also a first floor bedroom with queen bed, attached sitting area (with day bed), and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a great room perfect for lounging or entertaining, and a nook for office or school work. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. There is a large primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with both tub and steam shower. This bedroom has its own access to the deck with marsh views. The other two other bedrooms each have twin beds and share a bathroom.
Out back is a patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a barbecue dinner, and a yard with space to run or play ball. Wash off after the beach in the outdoor shower.

This house is located in a seaside neighborhood, great for all ages. The water on this north/bay side is tidal. Enjoy swimming, or bring/rent a kayak or paddle board. At low tide, you can walk out on the flats and find treasures and aquatic life in the tide pools. Within a short stroll is Barnstable Marina (Whale Watch, sport fishing charters, Barnstable Ecotours, etc.), and Mattakeese Wharf Restaurant & Bar. There is also a seafood market with take-out food and ice cream. The property is within a mile to downtown Barnstable Village with its quaint shops, restaurants, ice cream, and gourmet coffee shop. There is also a market in the village with fresh produce, prepared food, beer & wine. This property is a 5-10 minute drive to Hyannis (the hub of the Cape), which boasts dining, shopping, and the ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. Looking to explore? Chatham, the National Seashore, Cape Cod League baseball, and Provincetown are just a drive away. Or simply meander along Route 6A and find art galleries, antiques, restaurants and lots of hidden gems.
There is a Pack 'n Play, also both a king size and twin aerobed available as additional sleeping options.
AC: 4 AC units (3 window and one portable/standing). Owners usually put AC in the 3 bedrooms and in the downstairs living room. There are also ceiling fans on the 2nd floor and 2 portable fans.
Fireplace is not for tenant use.
Beach is private/exclusive to the neighborhood.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this one was absolutely stunning! You walk into a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful updated kitchen equipped with everything one would need to make incredible meals. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a double bedroom downstairs. Which gives you several options for sleeping arrangements. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy meals with family and friends. One is a patio located right off the kitchen and there is another large deck off the master bedroom. What truly makes this house incredible is the location!! It is five houses away from a private beach. We brought bikes with us and our kids loved riding them to the beach and around the very safe neighborhood.
