Ocean View Beach Club is a quiet, family friendly resort-style community with an abundance of amenities including an outdoor pool with a sundeck, kiddie pool, multipurpose sports court and bocce ball, a 9,000 sq ft. clubhouse with a lounge, billiards, fitness center, spa, banquet area, yoga and spin rooms, community parks, gardens and so much more! Ample parking is available upon arrival at the house. Inside, you’ll find a spacious, open concept kitchen and living space with a cozy fireplace. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a center island with a breakfast bar will inspire your inner chef and have you feeling right at home! Unwind in the owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom equipped with a dual vanity and standing shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a large loft area, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, offering room for the entire family and then some! Ideal for a luxurious beach get-a-way in a quiet community, this property has it all!
The Neighborhood:
- All amenities subject to COVID restrictions. Guests 6 yrs and older will be required to purchase a weekly pass for use of amenities. Price is $35 per pass. The indoor pool is not available to guest renters, per the HOA rules.
