It is a short 5-minute drive to Popponesset Marketplace (shops, restaurants, mini golf) and 7-minute drive to Mashpee Commons (shops, restaurants, bowling, movie theater).
Our 3-level home is outfitted with 5G Wi-Fi, 3 smart Hi-Def TVs all having cable and Roku, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, beautiful furniture throughout, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, ample toys for kids, and 2 family rooms on different levels.
The master suite has an ensuite bathroom as well as sitting area with pull out couch. There is second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom located on the third floor. The house has central A/C for those hot summer days. Multiple ways to get around the area: drive, walk, and bike.
The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you will need to have a dinner party, including an outdoor Weber gas grill. You will have peace of mind knowing the home is professionally cleaned for each stay and linens are laundered before each stay.
After a trip to the beach guests can use the outdoor shower. On the front deck, you will enjoy water views - all overlooking a nicely landscaped yard. In addition, guests can also relax and entertain on the back patio, while having access to a good side yard to play. We have bikes in the garage for guests to use free of charge.
