Lovely patio outside the kitchen with comfortable outdoor seating/dining (New grill) and 2nd patio area off the pool w motorized retractable awning, there is a lot of room to run around or relax. The fenced-in backyard pool area is nicely landscaped and super-private. The home sound system powers speakers covering the deck, pool area, and first floor living areas (just plug in your smartphone.) Brand-new outdoor shower!
A walkable two blocks to the stunning private community white sandy Peconic Bay beach (Free to the Shores community) where you can enjoy the day at the bay beach and return later with a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset. Super safe for kids, lots of room to run around or bike, very quiet, very little traffic. Also community tennis courts, basketball courts, and ball field. Bay marina/dock across the street. Ocean beaches are a short drive. Mecox Bay or Cooper's Beach are the closest public beaches.
