Centrally located, our newly renovated duplex home is situated only 3 houses from the beautiful Brigantine Beach on 37th/38th Street! This is where the lifeguards enter the beach area, with a wide flat path and volleyball courts. Our home is within walking distance to new Jersey Cow ice cream shop, the famous Ernest & Sons Market (featured on Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) and Tiki Taco.
The fully renovated unit (in 2021) has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, comfortable living room with 55" Smart TV and a gorgeous, new, modern eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen table comfortably seats 4 and has a built-in extension to seat 6+. The breakfast bar with beautiful granite counter seats 2.
In 2020/21, we installed vinyl plank flooring throughout, all new paint, trim, and fixtures. We completely renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms.
The outdoor areas include a beautiful new front deck made of modern composite materials and vinyl railings where you can enjoy ocean breezes (and sounds if the wind conditions are right) and new back covered paver patio. There is table seating for 5 out back, perfect enjoying morning coffee, an afternoon snack or a family meal. A convenient Weber Gas Grill is available for an afternoon BBQ or to grill your evening meals.
There is a decadent spa-like enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water and multiple nozzles, perfect for after a long day on the beach, boating or golfing.
There is off-street parking for 1 compact/regular-sized car. The yard has a lush, manicured lawn, as well as well-tended flower beds.
