With four cozy bedrooms, including two queen beds, one full bed, and 3 twin beds, and additional air mattresses if needed, everyone will find their perfect spot to recharge. The three and half bathrooms are equipped with amenities including towels, bathtub, jetted bathtub and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. Feel at home with convenient features such as heating, central A/C, washer & dryer, iron, and Wi-Fi. TVs are modern, enabling access to all streaming platforms. On-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. Food and drinks at Sport Island Pub are less than a half mile away and the picturesque village of Northville is just over 1 mile away with quaint restaurants, shops, and all your grocery and fueling needs. Albany Airport is just under an hour away.
This location is perfect for summer activities including hiking and biking. Enjoy use of the private dock to dock your boat (Free NYS boat launch about one mile away), swim, fish, or paddleboard using the 2 provided. Life vests are available for use. Relax and make memories roasting marshmallows with your family around the massive lakefront firepit, play pool and games in the great room, or enjoy the shade and lake breeze on the multiple seating areas on the large deck. Access to Northampton Private beach is just 1/2 mile down the road where the kids can play in the sand and use the water slide!
Please note that children are welcomed, but this property is not "child-proof"; the dock is accessed using stairs leading to the water, so supervision is necessary.
