Formerly the home of Gertrude Cook, the kitchen retains its original spatter-painted linoleum floor, where many pies were baked overlooking the cove below, where her son once operated a lobster buying wharf. The home carries a nostalgic charm while offering the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
As you arrive, the setting immediately feels open and inviting, with sweeping water views, coastal light, and a large lawn that looks out toward the harbor. The property offers space to unwind, read, paint, or simply take in the activity of the working waterfront.
This cottage is located along Horse Point Road, a scenic coastal road where locals and visitors alike enjoy walking, biking, and taking in the views.
