What We Love
Scenically tucked into the trees in the outskirts of Siasconset, this cheerful, light-filled home is a true beach retreat. Stroll to beautiful Tom Nevers Beach and the private neighborhood tennis courts, and be greeted back at home by fantastic deck space for afternoon barbecues.
Here in the Tom Nevers neighborhood of Nantucket, you'll be three-quarters of a mile from the beach of the same name and one mile from Pebble Beach. Ride your bikes into Sconset (two miles) or catch the bus up on Milestone Road (three-quarters of a mile) to get around the island with ease.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your days on the shore, while an outdoor shower, a hammock, and views of the ocean await your return. On balmy summer afternoons, light the gas grill for dinner and relax on one of several decks, including one on the main floor, one off the living room upstairs, and another adjoining the primary suite.
Inside, the house is full of bright colors, a cheerful sense of style, and an abundance of natural light. The open living area is on the second floor, bringing together a modern kitchen, a dining space, and a living room with a smart TV and Roku. Climb the ladder to find a bonus loft space where you can retreat with a good book or set up your laptop at the desk. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully decorated, including the primary suite with direct deck access and a skylight framing the night sky. Additional features of the house include a washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and window AC.
