Enter this bright and updated cottage directly into a well appointed kitchen. You'll have use of all the appliances you need to make family dinners and a large double farmer's sink for washing dishes (this home does not have a dishwasher).
To your left, up two stairs, is the open and contemporary dining /living area with slider access to the large outdoor living space. In the living room there are two cozy couches that face the beautiful gas fireplace.
Both bedrooms are at the front of the house along with the full bathroom with tub shower combo. The main bedroom is well appointed with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, dresser and open shelving with games and books to entertain on your vacation.
The outdoor living space features a marsh view with a large outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor couch, and propane fire pit. The outdoor space also features a patio area, a large outdoor shower and plenty of space to play or relax.
