*NOTE: Sacandaga Lake is a reservoir, so water levels fluctuate and could and affect the amount of beach available. The beach is likely to be underwater from April - May and could be limited in June. Lake access is available regardless of water levels.
Private road means privacy and peace; little to no traffic so you can enjoy a walk or take a bike ride through the quaint neighborhood. Outdoor play-set is perfect for the kids. Guests are not allowed access to the Sacandaga Heights Association lake access rights, which includes the picnic area and docks. This area is for MEMBERS ONLY and is clearly marked off with Members Only signs.
