The Brookview cottage penthouse is just that, with great views from your deck of our wooded area and Sawyer Creek that crosses the corner of our lot, you’ll see an abundance of wildlife to include our family of woodchucks, raccoons, squirrels, deer, cranes, ducks and more.
This is our junior penthouse with a vibrant cottage coastal vibe. The living room has an expansive white leather sectional that can be reconfigured as you desire and a large flatscreen and electric fireplace. Modern black and white canvases of local waterways adorn the walls throughout this entire space, custom created for these properties.
The master suite is an expansive dreamy home away from home with a specially procured rustic flooring, new king bedroom set and decor to make you feel like you’ve docked your yacht for the night.
