Rent a boat from Melvin Village Marina or enjoy the beautiful public beach at 19 Mile Bay which is approximately 5 minutes’ drive (2.7 miles).
You’ll feel like you’re on vacation as soon as you step foot inside. This home has been completely renovated with new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, central A/C and Adirondack inspired furniture. There are three bedrooms, all on the same level. The first bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) and there is a full futon in the sitting room. There is a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Enjoy your coffee while sitting in the screened in porch overlooking the Ossipee Mountain range and roast marshmallows with the family around the fire pit in the backyard while taking in the view.
