Look no further than Sunrise Oasis for your summer vacation! This home, located on a canal in the private community of Balmoral, is the perfect place get away and relax. Your group of 8 (including children) will enjoy the open concept main level living area, complete with a gas fireplace for cozy nights spent reliving lazy summer days. The deck off the main level faces the canal and is the perfect spot for morning coffee in the sun, reading a book in the afternoon when the sun is shaded by the trees, or cooking up a feast on the gas grill just steps away from the dining table. There is also a half bath on the main level that has a convenient washer and dryer.
On the second floor, the primary bedroom overlooks the canal and features an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a queen and a twin bed, share a full hall bathroom.
The lower level is a cool retreat for watching movies or playing games on a hot summer afternoon. The screened patio is a great place to gather in the evenings for snacks or even a late bug-free dinner. It’s also the perfect way to go in and out of the house from the dock, where you can keep your boat up to 21’ long (the owner’s boat will also be on the dock). A brief boat ride takes you to open waters, while the Balmoral community beach, less than ½ mile from the house, beckons for a day of sun-soaked relaxation.
