Luxury lake house on tranquil Panther Pond available for year-round vacation rental. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, and relaxing with friends and family on 2+ acres of secluded lake front property and more than 200 feet of pristine waterfront.
We built this property from the ground up with: a beautiful, luxury, custom home; extensive landscaping throughout the property; brand new furniture and linens; and professional decorating.
House Details:
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps up to 14. The floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlooking the water offer incredible views of Panther Pond in every season. There are also full or partial views of the lake from almost every room in the house due to our position on a peninsula. The house is just steps away from the waterfront and the lot slopes gently down to the fire pit and dock for easy access to the lake.
Water Frontage and Entry:
The water near the property is crystal clear and excellent for swimming or boating. There is a sandy bottom that starts at wading depth by the shore and gradually deepens to about 6 feet deep at the end of the dock. In addition, we have a small sandy area with granite steps next to the dock as an additional entry point into the water. There is a mooring available for guests that choose to rent or bring a boat
Guests of Raymond Retreat will also have access to the Hawthorne Beach Club, a private sandy beach on Panther Pond about 8 minutes from the house by kayak or canoe.

We have taken great pains to ensure the house is stocked with everything you can think of for an enjoyable stay, and we are always open to suggestions from our guests on items we can add to continually improve each season.
Please Note: Our property turnover day is on Fridays during peak season, which means check-in and checkout times will only be scheduled on Fridays. This allows our housekeeping staff to dedicate their full effort to ensuring Raymond Retreat is in excellent condition for the next renter, rather than rushing to turn over multiple properties on Saturday.
