The first-floor features a Living Room with vaulted ceiling, skylights, second-floor balcony overlook, sofa and chair seating, TV, and sliding door to a large side deck. Around the center stairway, there is a bright, and open Dining and Kitchen Area. The Kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar. A sliding door from the Kitchen opens out to a screened porch with wicker sofa and chairs, while another sliding door in the Dining Area opens to a side deck.
There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom, plus a full shared Bath. The other two Bedrooms are upstairs and share a full Bath. The balcony overlook area has a desk/work area. A new mini-split system is being installed on the second floor for summer 2023.
From its central Katama location, the home is about two miles from South Beach in one direction, and downtown Edgartown Village in the other.
