Summary: The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude when asked very simple questions. I asked how much the hold on my card would be, wanted to make sure it wasn’t charged for the room as the room was already paid for. He refused to answer anything and alluded to the fact I would be charged more if I didn’t comply. When I explained that I was asking a simple question he was ridiculously argumentative. And almost threatening to cancel the reservation. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
