Sleeping Arrangements:
Main house: Configurable as 7 or 8 bedrooms (sleeps 15), plus 4 couches (sleeps 4), 5 folding beds with real mattresses, and 6 high-quality air mattresses (sleeps 10-12 additional guests, customized to your needs).
