With 5 bedrooms, large bunk room, 4 decks and 3 levels of comfortable living, you and your family will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time away! Perfect for all of your needs- beautifully upgraded with a cozy vibe on a quiet street with STUNNING SUNSETS and bay views....what more could you want??? In fact, the sunsets are so good here that Philadelphia Magazine voted 82nd St as the best place to view the sunset in Sea Isle City! Once the sun sets, turn on the fireplace and cuddle up on our large sectional with a good book or movie.

Located in the heart of Townsends Inlet, you are a short bike ride to great shops, restaurants, bakeries, the Sea Isle City boardwalk, fishing, Sunset pier, and the T.I. bridge to Avalon, to name just a few. You are also a few steps to the bay and 3 short blocks to the very wide beach!
The main living area located on the top floor features a large open-concept design including an updated kitchen with island, dining area, powder room, and a beautifully decorated living room that opens up to a large deck with a retractable awning. In season, enjoy lounging on deck furniture while soaking in the lovely sunshine or watching it set over beautiful bay views from four brand new composite decks.
The house is a side-by-side design ( we are the West unit) with backyard, outdoor shower, garage, and driveway parking. There is plenty of on-street parking in front of the house as well.
