This estate, located in Southampton Pines East Quogue, is the Ultimate Hamptons Escape. This property features a newly renovated Chef’s Kitchen with a 6 burner gas range with commercial exhaust hood, 2 convection wall ovens, convection microwave, a huge refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso machine, and tons of cook and serveware. There is a pool with large shallow end for people to socialize, a new eight person hot-tub, a barbecue and a pizza oven. There are vineyards and public golf courses near the premises. Also, if the weather is not perfect, your family can go to the Tanger Outlets, Atlantis Aquarium, movies and bowling, in addition to the recreation room in the basement of the house. Speaking of the basement there is a fully equipped gym with a Peloton Bike, a rower, free weights, and cable weights.
In addition to the pool, hot-tub, playground and barbecues, the outdoor space has couches, three outdoor tables with seating for 20+, and additional sitting chairs and lounge chairs. The backyard and its facilities have lights throughout, which illuminates the entire area. The interior of the home includes seven bedrooms, 5 full baths and 1 half bath, so it can comfortably accommodate a large family.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator and an additional refrigerator is in the garage. There are also 2 beverage drawers in the kitchen. There are two dining tables for everyone to comfortably dine and a kitchen counter with bar stools. The living room has a giant wide flat screen HDTV, and plenty of seating. There is wireless internet WiFi throughout the house.

There are four bedrooms upstairs (two kings with ensuite bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms each with a twin over full with additional twin trundle that share a full bathroom), 1 bedroom on the first floor (queen bed with a full bathroom next to it) and two bedrooms in the basement ( 1 queen bed and 1 twin over full with a twin trundle which share a full bathroom).
We are 7 miles or a 10 minute drive from Ponquogue Beach!
We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to enjoy the beach.
We have pool/beach towels, bath towels and linens, as well.
