Located in exclusive Old Mill Point, you'll find this well maintained home with a private salt water pool. Old Mill Point is a timeless waterfront community with several neighborhood wide events throughout the summer. The house is mere feet from an expansive private beach on Nantucket Sound. The neighborhood is located at the mouth of the Herring River and you have access to an association dock on the river. It's a great place to drop a kayak and head upstream.
The grounds and outdoor living space offer tranquil areas to relax. You have ample sitting and dining areas on the deck and pool patio. Inside, the house is a classic Cape Cod.
You have one bedroom with a Queen bed and an updated bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom includes a marble shower and gorgeous modern touches. The front to back living room occupies the east side of the house. There is a spacious family room on the other side of the home with a mounted flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials and newer appliances. Upstairs, you have two additional bedrooms, one with 2 twins and 1 with a King. There is another full bathroom on the second level.

For all stays less than 7-nights during those dates a cleaning fee is charged. Stay for 7-nights during those dates and save 15% off the listed daily rates. And the cleaning fee is waived!
