This stunning renovated contemporary beach house is located in the great neighborhood of Northwest Woods, minutes from the hip & chic Villages of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, and close to the bay and ocean beaches.
The home is located a short distance from Northwest Harbor where you can launch boats, paddle board (one included in your rental), kayak or enjoy the serenity of the meandering dunes and pristine coastline. There are multiple natural preserve trails with ponds, one of which is very nearby.
At the end of a private drive, you will enjoy this 2-story light-filled +/- 2,000sf home set on a private acre. This airy home features a generous outdoor deck overlooking a large heated salt water pool surrounded by a newly landscaped garden.

This exquisite property is ideally located near everything you need but far removed from any crowds or congestion.
Newly furnished and fully equipped, ideal for couples or families looking for a casual chic and quiet gateway from the busy city life. Recommended for 6-8 people.
This renovated and newly furnished house is airy, bright and sunny, with high ceilings and large patio doors opening from the living / dining room out to the deck, pool and back yard.
Through the front door you will find an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with direct access to the dining area which can seat up to 8 people, and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The living room also boasts skylights and soaring ceilings. You will also find a separate TV room with a comfy sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.
On the same floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the 2nd floor, the open mezzanine has an office area with a desk, two bedrooms and a windowed bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other one has two twin beds, each with pull out beds. (sleep 4, ideal for kids) All rooms have large windows allowing a lot of light. The two bedrooms also boast ceiling fans and have super comfy brand-new beds.
The house features Central A/C which can be controlled remotely by Nest.
There are 2 TVs, Marshall speaker Bluetooth, Optimum WIFI, Apple TV, Netflix and Disney +.
Washer, dryer and PING PONG table are in the newly finished basement.
Surrounded by a newly landscaped yard, the deck is equipped with dining and lounging furniture and a large propane Weber BBQ. It overlooks the heated salt water pool (Chlorine free). The space is very enjoyable and convenient for relaxing or having dinner with friends and family.
We have a local house watcher and handyman if something comes up that requires immediate in-person attention. We will generally respond to any question in a timely manner and are here to help make your stay as great as possible.

Must climb stairs to enter the house, access the second floor of the house and to access the pool.
Security Deposit: $3000 per stay

During your stay, enjoy the nearby wineries, beaches (bay & ocean), shopping, hiking, mountain biking, wood trails (at 5 mn walk from the house!), great restaurants, Museums (Children Museum, Parish Museum…), Montauk surfer’s paradise. The Hamptons offer endless options!
Getting around
The house is equal-distant from both East Hampton Village and Sag Harbor. About a 7 min drive. We highly recommend having a car to get around although there are local taxi, Uber and Lyft to call on should you need. The closest train station to the house is the LIRR (Long Island Railroad) stop in East Hampton. The Hampton Jitney and Luxury Liner are also non-stop luxury buses that have stops in East Hampton town.
