The kitchen opens to a large living/dining room area with a table that seats at least 10 (and expands for more if needed). Off the living/dining room is a TV room with large flat-screen TV and armoire with tons of games for adults & kids. Also off the living/dining room is a master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom with washer/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a hallway nook with a daybed that easily accommodates an extra child or adult sleeper. The daybed faces another large flat-screen TV. Window A/C units and fans are provided upstairs and downstairs. Baseboard heating with two zones.
This peaceful vacation home is situated on one acre in a wooded, private association three miles from Edgartown center, next door to the Vineyard Golf Club, and centrally located for convenient access to the whole island. Private tennis courts, a short walk from the house, are available for free to all guests. The house is located steps from the bike path, providing easy, safe biking access for the whole family to virtually the entire island, including Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown center and beaches.
In addition to the above, amenities also include outdoor shower, deck with table & chairs, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & toys, Xfinity cable, WiFi, Apple TV, tennis rackets & balls, fishing poles & tackle, and an air mattress for extra guests if needed.
