The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the downstairs room has its own en suite bathroom. The two single bedrooms are located in the "wing" and share a bathroom. There is a formal dining room with French doors that lead out to the patio where you can enjoy BBQ's or simply go out to the lawn and bathe in the sun. The living room has a fireplace for those cooler nights when you just feel like hearing the crackling of the fire.
