Nested just outside of the Village of Mayville, this new rental sits on nearly an acre and offers some privacy with a large back yard offering space for a campfire, ladder ball, cornhole, and more. Multi-level decks offers additional space for entertaining whether it be on the upper deck or the lower. Inside you will find a re-invented garage space that offers seating, a dart board, a poker table, a pool table, a refrigerator, large-screen tv, and a bar for your evenings in. You will find 2 bedrooms on the lower floor with a over-sized half bath with laundry facilities and easy access to the lower deck as well as the rear of the property. The lower bedrooms feature a twin bed in one of the room then a double sized trundle-bed in the 2nd.
On the second floor you will be flooded with natural light from the skylights, will be greeted by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining with a gas fireplace and large pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. A modern, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space provides everything you need to cook onsite - along with a large dining table, counter stools at the island, along with access to additional dining on the 2nd floor deck from the slider. A Keurig is provided for your convenience - simply bring your favorite, coffee, hot cocoa, or hot cider.
When you need some rest, the third bedroom sits on the second floor and offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and provides ample space and storage. The full bath rounds out the space with a large soaker tub and a walk-in shower.
