This home is in a quiet neighborhood - 10 minute walk to beach, Oak Bluffs center/harbor, restaurants, boarts district and shops. House ( 800 sq ft) is a nice home. Queen bedroom ( twin roll-a-way folding bed also available. )
Large private patio with outdoor dining and living area, patio furniture as well as bar, outdoor sink, gas grill. Fully equipped Kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/convection ovens, and dishwasher. Krups okpanini maker, huge lobster pot. Keurig coffeemaker and Grind & Brew coffee maker. Bedroom has 40'' flat screen TV and fine bedding . Living room has new 40” Smart TV, DVD player.
All requests for weekly rentals in the Summer months ( May 1- October 1,) must be Saturday to Saturday .
For WINTER WEEKLY GUESTS ,there is a gas fireplace and a gas monitor heating system In Bedroom. Soo cozy!
If we get snow. It disappears sometimes too quickly !

I love the dogs and cats but problem is with SKUNKS on island and out at night! If a dog gets sprayed, the smell will ruin house for current and upcoming guests as smell will linger for months. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED . ( Sorry! I tried.
