Originally built in 1889 as a barn and later used as a carriage house, the Cottage was painstakingly updated retaining most of the original 2 x6 beams. Each of the two bedrooms have twin-size mattresses as window seats enabling each room to sleep up to 3 people. The main floor has an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen with a small table with two chairs and a kitchen island that seats up to 4. There is a powder room and laundry room also on the ground floor.
There is an optional Linen Package if you would like shower towels, beach towels and sheets provided, for $100.
