This 4 bedroom, 3 bath farm house has over 2,200 finished square feet. It was recently renovated & very well designed with high end furniture from Pottery Barn, West Elm & a few vintage pieces. We provide you with high quality white bedding linens & plush bath towels & a well stocked kitchen. There are total of 3 Samsung Framed TVs with Roku for your entertainment. On the first floor, there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom & a master suite with a king bed, a reading nook, a desk & a full bath with shower & soaking tub. There is also laundry room with washer & dryer. There's a game room off the kitchen with arcade game, a multi game table & variety of board games. There is a record player with more than 50 of old records that originally came with the house. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms & a full bath: 2 bedrooms with queen bed & 1 bedroom with 2 twins bed. All flooring is original white pine plank and will creak as you walk.
Additionally, you can enjoy a cozy night by the fire pit on the side yard by the pool.
The house is centrally located, only 10 minutes from highway I93 & very convenient to get to restaurants, hiking trail, national parks, lakes & 20 mins to Gunstock Skiing Resort.
Guest access is through the side door by kitchen via pass code. Code will be provided prior to arrival.
There are total of 5 parking spots for the guest.
The barn/ garage & a small cottage on the property are off limits to the guests.
