The EsCape has been recently updated with 3 levels of designer finishes! The main floor has two living/family areas, a TV, fireplace and lots of windows to let the sunshine in. There is a large dining table, that sits 10 -12 and a smaller table for puzzles, board games/cards or overflow seating. Kitchen is fully equipped for grilling the perfect summer meal, a lobster clambake or a happy hour with fun frozen drinks! Sliders from the kitchen will lead you out to a beautiful deck with a grill, new dining table and furniture.
The second story has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Each room has a new ductless heating/air system. The master bedroom is oversized with plenty of room for an infant pack n' play or toddler bed. There is a smart TV in the master. Each room has a dresser and large closet space.
The basement has been redone and has a 4th bedroom that hosts 3 beds and a smaller area with a trundle bed. Its the perfect sleeping area for all the kids! There is a separate seating area with couch and TV, a full brand new bathroom, laundry area and access to an outdoor shower. The basement walks out to a newly built patio with a fire pit and adirondack chairs for evening warmth and smores!
Harwich is a quintessential Cape Cod town. It is home to beautiful beaches, an adorable main street of shops and restaurants, Cape Cod minor league baseball team and the famous Sundae School Ice Cream! There is so much to do and It is an ideal location for exploring the entire cape and islands. Enjoy the seasonal ferry to Nantucket from Harwich or the Hyline ferry from Hyannis, a quick 15-20 minute drive. Explore the national seashore and its protected dunes while taking the scenic drive to Provincetown, the tip of Cape Cod! You can visit Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge in neighboring Chatham, the Kennedy Museum in Hyannis or the many lighthouses of Cape Cod. Golf awaits and Cape Cod fishing is spectacular.
