The downstairs consists of a bedroom with its own connected private bath, 3 other bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queens, two have doubles and every room comes with a flat screen and one has its own deck access. The downstairs also has a den with leather automatic reclining couches and a 3D 70'' Flat screen. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer and a side door that leads to the outdoor shower which is very private and equipped with its own changing room. The lower level has a pool table, living area, complete wet bar with mini refrigerator, 1/2 bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed with a private sitting area. The 2 ½ car garage has room for two cars, bike storage and comes equipped with surf racks. The front yard consists of the driveway with parking for multiple cars, multi-level garden beds and a swing set. The back yard is a large grassy lawn with access to both the upper and lower decks. This home is located walking distance to the fishing harbor and restaurants. The beach is just a 2 minute drive away. Pets welcome. ****This listing also comes with a Beach Parking Pass.
