The spacious but cozy living room is furnished with two leather couches, large screen flat TV, wood stove, and large west facing windows providing an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances; refrigerator stove/oven, microwave and dining table. Due to the open design of this home, the cook is never left out of the action! Sandy beach, Public beach in less than a quarter mile away, mini golf in your private yard; decks and patios. A public large, clean, sandy beach and boat launch at Gull Bay is an easy 5 minute drive. This home is VERY close to miles of snowmobile trails so bring your sleds in the winter; easy travel to Gore mountain, Killington, Whiteface for skiing. In the winter, cozy up to the wood stove or swim in the heated indoor pool. We also have a 35 foot right next to the Gullbay launch that goes with the place less than a quarter mile down the road
