Beautiful vacation home that was just remodeled over the winter of 2019: A new kitchen with high end stainless appliances, a brand new furniture package from The Nantucket Looms, new bathrooms, and more designed by one of Nantucket's premier decorators. We even put on a new deck to top it off! Get a great value in Brant Point with plenty of space of one or two families.
Located in the exclusive Brant Point neighborhood with access to a private tennis court this house is perfect for large groups or families. The house has newly tiled baths, refinished hardwood floors, new furnishings, a/c and designer linens and towels.
The classic Nantucket “upside down” house has 5 bedrooms on the first floor, including a large master suite with a king-size bed. There are two guest rooms with queen-size beds that share a bathroom to the right of the master, and to the left of the master is a kid’s room with bunk beds, and another bedroom with twin full beds which shares a hall bathroom with the bunkroom. On the back of the house there is an outdoor shower in a private yard with access to the wrap around covered porch. Exterior stairs lead to the second floor wrap around porch with peek-a-boo water views.
Upstairs there are 2 large living areas (one for entertainment and another for socializing). The remodeled kitchen and dining area sits between the two spaces, and has seating for up to 10 and access to the deck for outdoor entertaining.
The shell street neighborhood offers a private clay tennis court that guests are welcome to use. This home has it all, location, convenience, and all of the amenities you expect for an optimal vacation.
