Guests initially enter Fairway to Heaven by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the living room, kitchen and laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find the lower guest bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor of the home, you will find the primary suite and upper guest suite. You can access private, outdoor balconies through the master bedroom, living room and one of the guest bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the sidewalk between the driveway and front door of the home.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
CONSTRUCTION. Please note that construction for new water sewer line is ongoing in the community until end of April. Landscaping work will occur during May and June. There may be construction & vehicular noise, dust and temporary roadways but the road to Fairway Dunes villas will remain open.
