The space
We all need downtime, with dining space with seating for 12 to reminisce over a home cooked meal made in the full kitchen. The dining area flows into the living room complete with an oversized smart TV and an outdoor patio for enjoying quiet mornings as you sip a freshly made cup of coffee. Enjoy an evening outside on the back lawn playing games and cooking out with a gas or charcoal grill. Spoil yourself with a cool drink as the sun goes down.
Boredom is real thing for pre-teens so we outfitted a game room complete with a high definition smart TV with surround sound and gaming chairs. Just bring their favorite gaming console and plug it in.
For sleeping options, you'll find four spacious bedrooms and a magnificent loft, two master suites with king/Queen beds and walk-in closet. The first floor offers a bright and airy open floor plan. The living room has a two-story ceiling and stacked windows for lots of natural light. Within minutes you can find yourself strolling along the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, exploring Fenwick Island State Park, or teeing up at one of the nearby golf courses.
