The space
This is a perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay while visiting Newport and Middletown - 10 minutes (5 miles) to Newport and easy access to some of Rhode Island's best beaches. You'll have the entire property to yourselves - a cozy ranch with two outdoor decks and a spacious backyard.

Our home features a large family room with a sofa and loveseat, complete with an 85" smart TV. In addition, the space contains a large dining room table with seating for 6. Adjacent to the family room is a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee maker; the kitchen also includes a bar, with bar stools, which overlooks the spacious family room. Our ranch lends itself to one-story living with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Attached to the back of the house are two decks - 1 small deck with seating for 2 and a spectacular solar-lit covered deck with seating for 4+. Beyond the decks is a large private fenced-in yard. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an adjoining half bath. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom is furnished with a full (double) bed and has sliding doors to the covered deck. The fourth bedroom adjoins the master bedroom and is furnished with a daybed/trundle. This room also has an exit door to the small deck.

Guests have access to the house, decks, yard, driveway and use of the laundry facilities in the basement.

The full bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
