Positive: Loved the location and the easy access to Times Square. The staff was also very polite and friendly, in addition to providing exceptional service.

Negative: There was an alcohol spill in one of the elevators. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the rooms were top tier!

Summary: It was a short stay but surprisingly comfortable!
