Located just 4 miles outside of the non-commercialized mountain village of Bethel, Maine and just 15 minutes to Sunday River ski area it is the perfect destination in summer or winter. Plenty of land and wooded areas are awaiting your exploration at this ideal retreat for couples and families. You also have the opportunity to take advantage of the Androscoggin River which is ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. If you need to rent a kayak or canoe, or hire a fishing guide, you can do so in the town of Bethel.
The home features 3 bedrooms and a recently updated finished basement with bar, ping pong, air hockey, darts, and movie area. Sleeps 10 comfortably with all linens provided! Large deck and wrap around porch/with screened in area make it easy to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee or entertain guests in the afternoons or evenings. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the evening with your fellow travelers around the fire pit with wooden benches and Adirondack chairs. Followed by a relaxing soak in your hot tub, friendly game of air hockey, ping pong or darts, or a family video in the movie area in the finished basement.
