BASEMENT
A spacious lower level featuring a TV room with comfortable seating, a ping pong table, a small gym and a full bathroom. Sliding doors open directly to pathway leading to the lake.
LAKEFRONT AREA
The highlight of the property, featuring two docks for swimming and lake access. Enjoy kayaks and paddle boards, relax under the gazebo, or lounge by the water. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful setting. Please never leave the fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished when finished.

Please note: Boats and the Jacuzzi are not included with the rental and are not available for guest use.

Before arrival we will ask you to complete vehicle and contact registration form required by our HOA for security and emergency purposes.
Plumbing-Grinder Pump System- Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towel, or any other items
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hour from 10PM to 8AM
Shoes/Indoor Care(optional but very helpful)
We kindly as guests to remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean.

Kindly note that the lot next to the home is private property and not part of the rental. The boundary will be clearly marked. -please remain on our property
Parking is available in the driveway only (there is plenty of space). Parking tags, wristbands, and key cards will be provided and must be used as required for community access. Please be sure to return all items before checkout, as lost or unreturned items may incur a replacement fee of $75 each.
