This condo is baby/toddler Ready! There is a baby monitor, a booster sear with tray, a pack-n-play with changing table insert and toddler cups, plates, silverware and bibs for your use. There are newly installed gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, both of which are removable and kept in a closet for the guests who don't need them. There is a basket of toys and books in the coat closet, and bath toys under the sink in the upstairs bathroom. The cabinets lock on all lower cabinets in the kitchen and the home is equipped with tamper resistant outlets.

Located in desirable South East Boise you can enjoy easy access to Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating available in the summer, is just a 5 minute walk along the canal. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area! Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling within walking distance. There are numerous hiking trails nearby as well. Helen B. Lowder Park has free public basketball, pickleball, volleyball and tennis courts to get some enjoyable movement in during your stay. There are also several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.
Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is also within walking distance. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area.
