Rental is for the RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOUSE ONLY. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping 8-10 people. The main level we has an open concept, updated kitchen with granite countertop, post and beam style, dining and living room area. Master suite has it's own TV and private bath. Window AC unit upstairs only. On the lower level, there are 3 bedrooms, full bath and a washer/dryer. Full length deck with a grill and furniture to enjoy dinners outside or morning coffee. The large fire pit has stadium seats right from the old Foxboro Stadium. Walking distance to the Association's private beach where there is a playground, basketball court and tennis/pickleball courts available for usage. Visitor dock space only 1-2hr. Boat/Jetski access can be used at the Public boat launch/beach. Dog friendly.
