The town sits where the Camden Haven River meets the ocean, giving it strong holiday and outdoor appeal. North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.
