This home will have significant improvements for 2025 with all new smart TV’s, garage game Room with 80” TV. Many new Mattresses, Bedding, and furnishings. New quartz kitchen counters, newly refinished hardwood flooring.

Outside living on this huge, private 1.25 acre lot with large deck, , a grill, and teak dining furniture. Additional outdoor seating on the front farmer's porch and the rear deck. The front and back yards are the size of football fields, and the landscaping affords the rear of the property plenty of privacy as it borders farmland.
The location of this home allows its guests a central location to all the island has to offer. Its one straight shot 5 miles off Newport Bridge. Downtown Newport, Beaches, Wedding Venues, and Restaurant/Bars are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Sweetberry Farm and a local playground are walking distance. Golf and Vineyards are also minutes away. This is an ideal central, private, safe location close to everything.
