Situated in a quiet lakefront community at the end of Sunnyside Rd, this property is the perfect retreat for peaceful lakefront living, offering 57 feet of level lake frontage to enjoy those unforgettable sunsets. Newly constructed in 2021, this home showcases contemporary architecture, tall ceilings, and high-end finishes throughout. The first floor has an open-concept design featuring a spacious great room and wall of windows that frame a spectacular view of Canandaigua Lake, including a sliding glass door that goes right out to a composite deck with retractable awning. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to make a queen, and also has a remote-control heating/AC unit. Upstairs you'll also find the beautifully appointed full bath with stand-up shower and high-end finishes. A convenient laundry area completes the upper level. The bright and inviting layout is designed for comfort and relaxation, making it easy to embrace the laid-back charm of lake living. The great room includes the huge sectional that is roomy enough for the whole family, as well as an assortment of board games and puzzles. Step outside to the new deck, where you can relax under the retractable awning while taking in the peaceful surroundings, or set out a blanket on the lawn or dock to relax with a good book. The dock is perfect for boating and lake access. Property includes two tandem kayaks with life jackets for adults and children provided please note that these items should be used at your own risk. (For bigger boats, there is ‘Smith Boys” boat rental as well as the “Canandaigua Lake South End State boat launch for launching your own boat—both located conveniently across the lake). The location of this home allows for kayaking all along beautiful Canandaigua lake, but also the chance to explore the West River, part of the Hi-Tor game refuge, which joins the lake and Naples Creek.
