Our Lake House retreat is the middle of the Delaware State Park in the Pocono Mountains ! You can enjoy kayaking and finishing right from the backyard! We provide 3 kayaks and paddle boat there is a dock for easy access! The house has been recently renovated with all the comforts needed and everything new ! The house is clean, spacious and perfect for a lake house retreat getaway in the Poconos! Enjoy the fire fit and stars at night . You can use the grill on the deck or simply cook right in the kitchen as you enjoy the lovely lake views from the kitchen or deck! We have outdoor furniture for you to sit outside and enjoy as well. The furniture inside the house is comfortable and nice qualify . Enjoy watching TV in living room and each bedroom is equipped with flat screen TVs with cable also the house has WiFi for you to still be connected but also allows you to stream your favorite shows from Netflix or HuLU. You can also just enjoy the peace and quiet with family and friends and use board games provided in the living room. The best part of our lake house retreat is the lake views from the house but also you can enjoy some bird watching right from the backyard and catch a glimpse of the bald eagles, blue herons and other wildlife ! Enjoy the spacious deck to appreciate the views of the lake ,while enjoying a cup of coffee as you relax with the sounds of nature. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets either from the house or lake while kayaking ! The house sits right in the middle of Delaware State Park with easy access to hiking trails, Bushkill Falls, Dingmnas Falls, Delaware Water Gap , Shawnee Mountain Skiing resort and much more !Kayaks and paddle boat are included! If you like kayaking this lake house is for you! We have 3 kayaks and 1 paddle boat. There is a dock for easy access where you can kayak right from the backyard and explore the lake and it’s little islands ! We also have a paddle boat very easy to use ! It is tied at the dock! If you like fishing you will enjoy it here as there’s tons of fish to catch! ! Note that in the summer there are Lilly pads right from the dock area and lake but once you navigate paddleing through the Lilly pads you will come to a more clear area of the lake. Late fall , winter and early spring there are no Lilly pads and it is clear by the dock area.
Our house is located in the middle of the Delaware State Forest so please note that we respect nature and we have kept the nature feel for the yard and dock! The lake is full of wildlife and very wild but very relaxing and quiet !If you like this sort of setting then this is for you! Also note that this is a private home and not in any community ! We ask guests to respect the nature and keep things quiet as well! Nature lovers … this place is for you !
