The property is located at the end of a quite cul de sac within the family friendly Sea Colony Beach Community. The house has 2 master bedrooms with new king size beds, plus 2 additional large bedrooms which all provide privacy from the main living area. There are 3 dining areas including the main dining room, plus breakfast nook with French doors giving a direct view onto the lake, plus outdoor dining on the water front patio, including 8 bicycles and few beach chairs.
The patio has shaded seating and is fully furnished for waterside reading or chats. Additionally, there is a screened porch which provides shaded and sheltered fresh air seating for morning coffee and conversation. If one wants to get away form the crowd there is always a place to relax, including the second floor balcony which overlooks the lake and catches the morning sun.
Furnishings are have an island feel giving a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
