Summary: Everyone was very courteous. The room had a bed which is what we wanted. What it did not have was soap and shampoo. This was our first experience of no soap or shampoo in a hotel room. It seems like it is such a minimal expense that could have been added to our bill that would have made our experience there so much better!!!
