This cute Beach Cottage is conveniently located on the beach side of Jamaica Beach, one block from the beach with no need to drive across the main road (San Luis Pass 3005) to be on beach. It is a very short walk (less than 250 feet) to Gym, Liquor Store, Bar, Grill / Pizzeria, Wine/Espresso Bar, Hardware store, Laundromat and Valero convenience store with a Redbox. The house is well equipped with amenities of a beach cottage. Enjoy the beach view while you relax, listening to the sounds of the ocean. Located on the west end of island away from the heavy hustle and bustle. If you chose you can have fun visiting other Galveston’s attractions: Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens (Aquarium), Pleasure Pier for the kids or walk along the Historic Strand District and browse in the gift shops or indulge in the fine restaurants.
House has a cute and romantic feel with beach decorations and a laid back vibe! The Property consists of 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The master has a king size bed, dressers and night stands with it's own bathroom. The guest room has a queen size bed and a full size futon. The living area has 1 sleeper sofa. House sleeps up to a family of 6 (per Jamaica Beach's Karen/Darren rules) Short-Term Rental Registration Number STR25-000050. The house has amazing views because there is a deck on main living area and a top deck with 360 degree view. Can see the Gulf and Bay. (Please note that the house is a beach cottage and about 864 sqft). Check in 4:00 pm & Check out 11:00 am. House additional amenities: some games, some videos, books, toaster, coffee maker with filters, a Kuerig coffee maker, blender, some basic spices, and both a small gas grill and charcoal grill on bottom floor parking area. We offer clean quality linens and comforters, Smart TVs with popular apps loaded in living room. 2 Blu ray Players with one in guest room. Free WiFi on site with code when requested. There are chairs on the deck. This property is about 130 yards from the water and does have an awesome beach view.
The cottage is set up to be romantic not to be used as a wild overcrowded party house. Limited to "6 guests maximum".
