Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence.
